Official Plan Amendment
Plan of Subdivision or Plan of Condominium
Site Plan Approval
Site Plan Approval Amendment
Zoning By-law Amendment
Your project may result in additional fees if additional expenses are incurred.
Note on Township Fees:
Fees to Township are non-refundable.
Costs to register documents on title, provide notice in the paper, or additional costs incurred by the Township (e.g., peer review, legal advice, etc.) are at the expense of the owner. A deposit may be required to be paid with the submission of an application.
If a person other than the applicant appeals decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT), the applicant shall pay all additional costs incurred by the Township. The Board fee is based upon the application and is payable to the OLT by the appellant.
Separate cheques shall be made payable to the appropriate agency.
