Please find the following instructions to participate in our meetings below:
- To participate in a meeting in-person:
- Residents are no longer required to pre-register to attend Council and Committee meetings in-person. In-person attendance at meetings is capped at 84 visitors based on the Council Chamber’s capacity.
- To participate in a meeting virtually:
- Visit the Council and Committee Calendar to register for an upcoming meeting. Click on the meeting you wish to register for and follow the instructions.
- If you are registering for a Planning meeting and there is more than one application scheduled for that meeting, please indicate which application you would like to speak to.
- If you would simply like to watch the meeting and not participate, you can do so by going to our YouTube Channel.
